Reminders on updating of records/signature:

1. BPI Accountholders

• Update records and specimen signature card via Branch of account
• Provide BPI account number to BPI Stock and Transfer Office (STO) for coordination of updated records with branch of account

Updating of records can also be done through personal appearance by going to BPI STO located at:

Please bring two Government Issued Identification Cards for proper identification

2.Non-BPI Accountholders

Updating of Records:

Updating of records must be done through personal appearance by going to BPI Stock Transfer Office (STO) located at:

• Makati City 1209

Please bring two Government Issued Identification Cards for proper identification

Updating of Signature

• Accomplish specimen signature card/sample bank certification
• Have the specimen signature card/bank certification verified in local bank where a deposit account is maintained
• Indicate in the specimen signature card/bank certification the full name, designation and contact details of the person verifying the signature
• Send back accomplished signature card/bank certification in person or by registered mail to BPI STO together with a photocopy of any valid ID
