Ayala Corp is one of the oldest conglomerates in the Philippines with a history of supporting the wider community in difficult times. The company realized many years ago that it could be more effective during crisis situations by engaging a network of companies to coordinate relief efforts. In 2009, it helped establish the Philippine Disaster Recovery Foundation (PDRF), known today as the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation, a consortium of some of the largest privatesector corporations and NGOs in the nation.

To ensure ease of transaction and stockholders’ convenience, Ayala Corporation is initiating the payment of cash dividends through electronic transfer. This is available to both BPI and non-BPI account holders.

Makati City, Philippines – May 18, 2020 Companies within the Ayala group settled taxes of about P9.86-B before the extended June 14, 2020 deadline to help boost the government’s coffers and allotment to COVID-19 response, as the country gears up for the “new normal.”
