Materiality

To more effectively identify and manage topics that critically affect both its businesses and stakeholders, Ayala conducted a double materiality assessment in 2023, in line with best practice to revisit and refresh material topics every two to three years. The company mapped out relevant themes and consulted its stakeholders to determine sustainability issues to be prioritized and the corresponding actions that need to be taken to address them.
